Tibchit offers a selection of sneakers and footwear, trading cards, sports cards, pop-culture collectibles and apparel. The active range changes as products become available.
How do I check a product’s condition or contents?
Read the full product title, description, photographs, stated condition, size or grade information and list of included accessories before ordering. For sealed card products and collectibles, check the listing for details about factory seals and packaging. Contact us before purchase if a material detail is unclear.
Are all trading cards graded?
No grading status should be assumed. A card is graded only where the product listing expressly identifies a grading company, grade and relevant certification or slab details. Ungraded cards should be treated as ungraded.
Are products authenticated by Tibchit?
Please rely on the specific information stated on the individual product listing. Tibchit does not claim to provide an independent authentication or grading service unless that service is expressly described for the item.

Where can I find my order confirmation?
Check the email address entered during checkout, including your spam or promotions folder. Keep your order number for future enquiries. Contact info@tibchit.shop if you need help.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment options available for your order are shown during checkout. The methods displayed there are the options available for that transaction.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can complete your purchase using guest checkout. Enter your contact and delivery details at checkout; creating a customer account is not required.
Is there a Black Friday offer?
Yes. Enter coupon code TB20 at checkout for 20% off your product purchase during the Tibchit Black Friday promotion. The discount is applied when the code is accepted in the checkout order summary.
Shipping and tracking
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Tibchit offers free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. For delivery addresses accepted by checkout, the shipping line will show a charge of $0.00. Delivery availability and estimated transit times are shown during checkout.
Where does Tibchit ship?
Available destinations are determined by the delivery address and service availability at checkout. If a destination is not supported, checkout will not offer a delivery option for it.
How long will delivery take?
Any available processing or delivery estimate is shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. See the Shipping Policy for more information.
How can I track my order?
Use the order updates sent to the email address used at checkout. If a carrier tracking number is provided after dispatch, use the carrier’s tracking page for scan events. You can also visit Track Your Order or contact us with your order number.
Returns and customer support
How long do I have to request a return?
Tibchit’s voluntary return-request window is 30 days after delivery for eligible items. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Review the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I return opened trading-card packs or collectible boxes?
For a change-of-mind return, sealed trading-card products and sealed collectible packaging must remain unopened and in their original condition, where permitted by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its listing, contact us so we can review the issue under applicable law.
