Currency & Displayed Prices
Prices on Tibchit are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). The checkout order summary shows the items selected, product prices, accepted discounts, standard shipping, applicable taxes and final total before you submit payment.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees depending on your account and payment method. Such fees are determined by that provider, not by Tibchit.
Shipping & Applicable Taxes
Tibchit currently ships within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. For eligible U.S. delivery addresses, the shipping line in checkout displays $0.00.
Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed in the checkout summary before payment. Please review the complete total before placing your order. See our Shipping Policy for delivery destinations and estimated timeframes.
Available Payment Methods
Payment methods available for a particular order are displayed during checkout. The options shown there are the methods available for that transaction. Payments are processed by the payment provider you select and may also be subject to that provider’s terms, conditions and privacy notice.
We do not ask you to send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords or wallet credentials by email. Never include sensitive payment credentials in a customer-support message.
Order Totals & Payment Authorization
Before submitting your order, check the billing and shipping details, selected products, quantities, discounts, taxes and final amount due. By submitting the payment step, you authorize the selected payment provider to process the amount shown for that order.
A pending authorization, temporary bank hold, payment verification or completed charge may appear differently in your payment account depending on the provider or financial institution. If you see an unfamiliar charge, contact us with your order information so we can help review it.
Coupons & Promotions
Where a coupon or promotion is offered, its eligibility, validity period and exclusions are described with the offer or at checkout. A discount applies only when checkout accepts the code and displays the reduction in the order summary before payment.
Unless an offer says otherwise, promotional codes should not be assumed to combine with other promotions. Check the final total before completing your purchase.
Payment Problems
If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, check that the billing details are accurate and that your selected payment method supports the transaction. You may contact your bank or payment provider, or choose another method shown at checkout.
Please do not email full card numbers, card security codes, passwords or other payment credentials to Tibchit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally sent to the original payment method where possible, subject to applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s process. The time taken for a credit to appear depends on the provider, card issuer or financial institution.
